About me

Hi and welcome! My name is Karin and I am a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning coach, Les Mills instructor and Group Fitness instructor.

I found my love for fitness around 8 years ago, when looking for a way to manage some of the mental health issues that I was going through. I started out doing Les Mills BODYCOMBAT classes at home in my living room as I didn't have the confidence to go to a gym or be around people at the time. After about 2 years, I finally found the courage to join a gym and attend group fitness classes there.

In November 2018, I decided to take the next (very scary!) step and sign up for my BODYCOMBAT instructor training. This took place in February 2019 and I haven't looked back since! I now teach five Les Mills programmes and I absolutely love it.

​

At the start of 2020 I made the decision to take my passion one step further and train to become a Personal Trainer. My main focus is to help others find the confidence and strength that fitness has given me. That first step through the door is the hardest, but I am here to support and guide you to achieve your goals.

 

Earlier this year I completed my Level 4 Strength & Conditioning qualification, which means that I can now also offer a more bespoke offering to clients.
